Refund policy

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, undamaged, with all protective film and tags still attached, and returned in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at garrett.goff1987@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm and refund the full item price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
