These terms apply to purchases from IRONBARK WATCH CO. ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We make every effort to show products, colours and specifications accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but this won't affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them, or refunding the price you paid.
